I would have said that my RPK-7 (7.62X39mm) or my IMI UZI (45.Acp/9mm).  However, living in The Republik of Kalifornia, they have been seized by the authorities. So, now I'd go with 3 choices. #1) Pistol-Colt Combat Commander in 9mm on a factory serial .45Acp. frame(um...mistake Colt=rare gun). #2) Shotgun- Winchester Model 1897 12 gauge trench gun. Built to fire the 2 3/4 inch 00 buck shell. Designed to "slam fire". The soldier could hold the trigger down and the shotgun could fire as fast as he would rack the slide. It can mount the same bayonet as the Springfield 1903, With a 14 inch long blade. #3) Rifle- .308cal. Hunting rifle.  Anyone can go and buy a hunting rifle, a real man makes his own!!  My final project in Gunsmithing School was to hand build a rifle. I started with a Montana Bolt Action and a .30 cal barrel blank. The action was a licenced copy of the Winchester M70. I had to cut threads into the receiver end of the barrel. One wrong calculation and it would cost me another barrel and an Full grade deduction on my final. We not only barreled our actions, we also had to make two stocks for the barreled action. One of then was a walnut stock thar we had to layout and carve, scrape, shape and sand. I used Zebra Wood for my grip cap and forend tip. The finish is a 600 grit sanding with tung oil for protection. My other stock is a fiberglass composite. I hollowed out two compartments in the stock and installed Mercury filled steel cylinders called dead mules. Combined they reduce the Felt Recoil of the .308win. round down to that of a .223rem.
